The form and the contact links allow you to request information. Using them does not confirm a booking, does not create an account and does not make any payment. The specific schedule (dates and times) is agreed with the person interested before the classes begin.

The student reviews shown come from the screenshots provided by the owner. They are presented as historical opinions, with the name and date supplied and keeping their original wording, and they are not a guarantee of results. The owner holds permission to use the photographs and reviews shown.

• Duración de cada clase: 60 minutos.
• Precio: 150 PLN por clase, el mismo para todas las edades.
• Clase de prueba: una clase de prueba gratuita por alumno nuevo.
• Bono de 10 clases: 1.350 PLN (135 PLN por clase).

Pago

El pago se realiza antes de cada clase, mediante Revolut o BLIK. Este sitio no incluye una pasarela de pago ni cobra directamente.

Cambios y cancelaciones

Si el alumno necesita cambiar o cancelar una clase, puede reprogramarla sin coste. Si el titular no puede dar una clase, se reprograma igualmente sin coste para el alumno. Los avisos se realizan por WhatsApp o por correo electrónico.

Reclamaciones

Cualquier incidencia o reclamación puede comunicarse por correo electrónico a livelanguagessessions@gmail.com o por WhatsApp. Se responde en un plazo máximo de 7 días naturales.

Derechos del consumidor

La contratación de las clases se realiza a distancia. El interesado conserva los derechos que le reconoce la normativa de consumo aplicable, incluida la información previa a la contratación y los derechos de reclamación. El titular no utiliza la ausencia de registro empresarial para excluir esos derechos.

Menores de edad

En el caso de alumnos menores de edad, el contacto y la contratación se realizan con la madre, el padre o el tutor legal.

Services and price

• Spanish and English classes online (Zoom or Google Meet), for children, teens and adults.
• Length of each class: 60 minutes.
• Price: 150 PLN per class, the same for all ages.
• Trial class: one free trial class per new student.
• 10-class pack: 1,350 PLN (135 PLN per class).

Payment

Payment is made before each class, via Revolut or BLIK. This site does not include a payment gateway and does not charge directly.

Changes and cancellations

If a student needs to change or cancel a class, they can reschedule it free of charge. If the owner cannot teach a class, it is likewise rescheduled at no cost to the student. Notices are given by WhatsApp or email.

Complaints

Any issue or complaint can be sent by email to livelanguagessessions@gmail.com or via WhatsApp. A reply is provided within a maximum of 7 calendar days.

Consumer rights

The classes are contracted at a distance. The person interested keeps the rights granted by the applicable consumer law, including pre-contractual information and the right to complain. The owner does not use the absence of a business registration to exclude those rights.

Minors

For learners under 18, the first contact and the contracting are handled by the parent or legal guardian.

Płatność

Płatność odbywa się przed każdymi zajęciami, przez Revolut lub BLIK. Strona nie zawiera bramki płatniczej i nie pobiera opłat bezpośrednio.

Zmiany i odwołania

Jeśli uczeń musi zmienić lub odwołać zajęcia, może przełożyć je bez ponoszenia kosztów. Jeśli właściciel nie może poprowadzić zajęć, również są one przekładane bez kosztów dla ucznia. Zgłoszenia odbywają się przez WhatsApp lub e-mail.

Reklamacje

Wszelkie problemy lub reklamacje można zgłaszać e-mailem na livelanguagessessions@gmail.com lub przez WhatsApp. Odpowiedź udzielana jest w terminie do 7 dni kalendarzowych.

Prawa konsumenta

Zajęcia są zawierane na odległość. Zainteresowana osoba zachowuje prawa przyznane przez obowiązujące prawo konsumenckie, w tym informacje przed zawarciem umowy oraz prawo do reklamacji. Właściciel nie wykorzystuje braku rejestracji działalności do wyłączenia tych praw.

Osoby niepełnoletnie

W przypadku uczniów poniżej 18 lat pierwszy kontakt i zawarcie umowy odbywają się z rodzicem lub opiekunem prawnym.

Se ofrecen clases para niños, jóvenes y adultos. El primer contacto y la organización se realizan con la madre, el padre o el tutor legal. En la consulta inicial basta con indicar la edad aproximada, el idioma y los objetivos, sin adjuntar documentos ni detalles sensibles del menor.

What data we use

• Contact form: first name, last name (optional), email, phone (optional) and message. The required fields are name, email and message. The data is sent to FormSubmit, which forwards the enquiry to the email indicated. It is not stored in the site code and no student account is created.
• Email or WhatsApp: the information you provide through those channels.
• Organising the classes: goals, level, availability and contact details.
• Agreed payments: may generate receipts and transaction data.
• Technical data: the providers involved may process the IP address and technical connection data.

Please do not send identity documents, health information or other sensitive data through the form.

Why and on what basis

• To answer enquiries and prepare or manage the agreements with the student or their guardian (steps requested before contracting and performance of the contract).
• To comply with applicable legal obligations, including documenting transactions where required.
• To handle incidents or complaints and protect communications, on the basis of a legitimate interest.
• To show authorised photographs and reviews, on the basis of consent.

No personalised advertising, commercial subscriptions or automated decisions on admission, level or prices are carried out.

Minors

Classes are offered for children, teens and adults. The first contact and the arrangements are handled by the parent or legal guardian. In the initial enquiry it is enough to state the approximate age, the language and the goals, without attaching documents or sensitive details of the minor.

• FormSubmit: receives the form fields and forwards the enquiry.
• Gmail / Google: receives and manages the messages sent to the contact email.
• WhatsApp: optional communication channel.
• Zoom and Google Meet: platforms for the classes; they are not embedded in this page.

Este sitio no incluye herramientas de analítica, píxeles publicitarios, vídeos externos incrustados ni fuentes cargadas desde terceros. Las imágenes, los estilos y los scripts se sirven desde el propio sitio, y el código no crea cookies propias.

Almacenamiento local

Al elegir manualmente español, inglés o polaco, se guarda únicamente el código del idioma en el almacenamiento local del navegador, bajo la clave lls-language. Sirve para recordar tu elección en visitas posteriores desde el mismo navegador y origen. No caduca por sí solo: permanece hasta que se elimina o el navegador borra el almacenamiento. No se usa para medir visitas ni para publicidad.

Conexiones a terceros

El formulario se conecta a FormSubmit al enviarlo. Los enlaces de WhatsApp y correo abren el servicio o la aplicación que elijas. Zoom, Google Meet, Revolut y BLIK no están incrustados en el sitio. Los servicios externos tienen sus propias prácticas de privacidad.

This site does not include analytics tools, advertising pixels, embedded external videos or fonts loaded from third parties. Images, styles and scripts are served from the site itself, and the code does not create its own cookies.

Local storage

When you manually choose Spanish, English or Polish, only the language code is stored in the browser's local storage, under the key lls-language. It is used to remember your choice on later visits from the same browser and origin. It does not expire on its own: it remains until it is deleted or the browser clears the storage. It is not used to measure visits or for advertising.

You can change the language in the navigation. To delete the preference, clear the site data in your browser settings; after that, the browser language will be used again, with English as a fallback.

Third-party connections

The form connects to FormSubmit when you send it. The WhatsApp and email links open the service or app you choose. Zoom, Google Meet, Revolut and BLIK are not embedded in the site. External services have their own privacy practices.

Consent
